The scope of the project consists of merging both systems into one OSS-RC6.1 HACS system that will be used to manage both 2G and 3G network. The existing OSS-RC4.1 R1Y will need to be upgraded to OSS-RC 4.1 R1Z before it can be upgraded to OSS-RC6.1.
