A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Surveillance and Repair Controller on the Radio Access Network and Transmission side. They are looking for someone to monitor the availability and performance of the radio access network which comprises of 2G, 2.5G and 3G equipment (BTS, Node-B, BSC, RNC and Power) and all associated transmission infrastructure (radio and leased line).
Key responsibilities:
SR Controllers on the RAN Transmission side should have a background working on 1st Line Support on the network. They are ideally looking for people who have Ericsson 2G and Nortel 2G knowledge. - To maintain the availability and performance of the Radio Access Network in line with KPI's.
- To manage and prioritise faults within the Incident Management Process.
- To provide fault co-op and expert advice to resolving agents.
- To participate in strategies and initiatives aimed at improving the availability and performance of the RAN and services.
