Responsibilities:
- Organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce
- Training staff
- Monitoring performance and progress
- Communicating with other departments, staff groups and individuals and customers
- Overseeing stock control
- Processing orders
- Ensuring quality objectives are met, whilst operating within the allocated budget and meeting delivery deadlines, by being flexible and working in the most efficient way with the given resources
- Accurately understanding, delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from HQ
- Carrying out responsibilities for the use of mechanized and computerized systems
- Responding to and dealing with e-mails from customers
- Keeping up to date with the Key Performance Indicator - knowing the products sold the previous day, how much was issued, sold and booked in - ensuring targets are being met
- Producing a daily report of the work done
- Briefing team leaders on the issues for that particular day
- Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
- Ensuring the health, safety and cleanliness of the work environment, overseeing six-weekly inspections of all vehicles and machinery
Requirement Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of the following technologies: BTS, MW, Antenna lines
- English is mandatory
- Good people skills in terms of communication, motivation and leadership
- Experience in the same position is a strong asset
