Responsibilities:

• Organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce
• Training staff
• Monitoring performance and progress
• Communicating with other departments, staff groups and individuals and customers
• Overseeing stock control
• Processing orders
• Ensuring quality objectives are met, whilst operating within the allocated budget and meeting delivery deadlines, by being flexible and working in the most efficient way with the given resources
• Accurately understanding, delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from HQ
• Carrying out responsibilities for the use of mechanized and computerized systems
• Responding to and dealing with e-mails from customers
• Keeping up to date with the Key Performance Indicator - knowing the products sold the previous day, how much was issued, sold and booked in - ensuring targets are being met
• Producing a daily report of the work done
• Briefing team leaders on the issues for that particular day
• Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
• Ensuring the health, safety and cleanliness of the work environment, overseeing six-weekly inspections of all vehicles and machinery

Requirement Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the following technologies: BTS, MW, Antenna lines
• English is mandatory
• Good people skills in terms of communication, motivation and leadership
• Experience in the same position is a strong asset

OSS Engineer

Our Client is in need of an OSS Engineer who has strong Installation, commissioning and Integration experience. You will be working during the OSS Upgrade from version 3.1 to 6.2 and this Engineer will also be responsible for babysitting the upgraded system, once the GSDC Integrator leaves the country after the upgrade.
The chosen candidate will work closely with the customer for knowledge transfer especially in the monitoring of the 3G network using the OSS. Candidate should have proven OSS experience within an Ericsson customer support environment.

Senior 2G/3G RF Optimization & Performance Manager

My client is searching for Senior 2G/3G RF Optimization and Performance Manager to lead a team of RF Optimization Engineers.

Requirements :

• You will have experience in managing a team of RFoptimization engineers.
• You will have Minimum 5 years of experience in management and in GSM/GPRS/EDGE Radio Network Design and Optimization.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in WCDMA/UMTS Radio Network Design
• Good knowledge performing RF site survey, Coding plan, parameters.
• Knowledge of RF planning tools.
• Cell site planning and site selection skills.
• Knowledge in Design & Optimization parameters for WCDMA.
• Experience in management of junior engineers
• You Should be very familiar with the complete set of Ericsson feature sets like CLS, HCS, HR, MBC, Power Control, AMR, Locating algorithms, Assignment to another Cell, MAIO management, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS
• You Should be very familiar with Ericsson Stats measurement tolls like Business Object, Statics, NetIQ, R-PMO and TEMS Investigation / Visualization , Traffic and Event Measurements, Cell Traffic Recording.

You will be in charge of:

• Managing a team of RF engineers and represent my client.
• Perform Radio Frequency Investigation,
• Definition of RF parameters, Azimuth, Tilt, Power, Neighboring Relations.
• Keeping acceptable levels of KPI’s for RF parameters in WCDMA/UMTS network
• Coding Planning.
• Knowledge about Knowledge MapInfo, Businesses Object, WinFiol, TEMS investigation, visual Basic, TEMS Cell Planer Universal , and OSS, Alex, XCAL/XCAP

The company is going to provide you with: flights+ accommodation + local transport+ medical insurance+ one month holiday per every working year

This is long term assignment with possible permanent position offered at the end of the project.
