IN & VAS Manager, Austria
IN & VAS Manager with strong GSM, IN, VAS, SMSC, IVR, USSD, SS7, CAMEL, ISUP and MAP experience required for a contract in Europe. My client requires an experienced IN & VAS Manager to b be responsible for the design, implementation and operation of both central Network infrastructure and local platforms.
Responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the preparation of Network strategy and architecture
- Manage the setup and operation of the interconnection to mobile operators
- Implement new products and price-plans on the IN platform
- Implement and improve self-service facilities on the VAS platforms
- Application management of the IN and VAS platforms
The client is looking for experience in the following areas:
- Deep understanding of mobile network technologies, signalling and standards
- Minimum 3 years experience with GSM networks
- Experience with IN, SMSC, IVR and USSD platforms
- Experience with SS7, CAMEL, ISUP, MAP, TCP/IP and other protocols
- Experience with Sun/Solaris and Oracle databases
