The role will involve:

• Software / hardware upgrades and expansions on Node B's and RNC's via NetAct and local connection.
• Being responsible for the operation and ongoing maintenance of regional and national NodeB's
• Rationing, maintaining the Nokia 3G RAN incorporating RNC's Node B's and AXC's
• Upgrading the Node B and Flexi BTS Remote Antenna Units
• Making adjustments to 3G RAN using NetAct

The successful Switch Engineers will have:

• A background working in a mobile switch environment
• Excellent working knowledge of Nokia Flexi
• Previously worked within a RAN environment
• Knowledge of Nokia NodeB's, RNC's and NetAct
• The ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
