2G and 3G Optimization Engineer

Currently we require several 2G and 3G opt. Engineers for supporting the upcoming 2G and 3G NPI project to one of big operator in Indonesia.

2G Opt. Engineer Requirements :

• Has hands on experience with 2G/2.5G in Ericsson Network at least for 2 years
• Familiar with Ericsson’s RF feature and parameter for GSM/GPRS
• Familiar and experience with Ericsson’s tool such as MCOM, CNA, Winfiol, and OSS RNO
• Has experience with GSM network improvement for SFH and Baseband network
• Has good knowledge with GSM Concept, Frequency Planning and RF feature
• Able to perform network statistic analysis, accessibility, retain ability and integrity
• Able to perform drive test analysis and post processing data
• Able to perform network trouble shooting for high drop call (sdcch/tch), low success rate (sdcch/tch), low handover success rate,
• Able to perform analysis and read GSM network alarm information

3G Opt. Engineer Requirement :

• Has hands on experience with UMTS Network in Ericsson Network at least for 2 years
• Familiar with Ericsson’s RF feature and parameter for WCDMA
• Familiar with Ericsson’s tool such as MCOM, MOSHELL
• Able to perform network statistic analysis, accessibility, retain ability and integrity
• Able to perform drive test analysis and post processing data
• Able to perform WCDMA trouble shooting for high drop call (CS and PS), high admission congestion, low rrc connection and low CSSR for CS, PS.
• Able to perform analysis and read WCDMA alarm information

The project will be starting immediately with duration of 6 (six) month with location of Java, bali and Lombok Island
