Senior 3g Rf Optimization Engineer

Our client has instructed us to find a highly experienced Senior 3G RF Planning and optimization engineers for a big project with Huawei. GSM/WCDMA RF experiences, strong knowledge of GSM/WCDMA system principles and RNO flow.

Exeperience on HSPA Optimization :

• At least 6 years of RF working experience with 3 years UMTS RF experience;
• At least 2 years HUAWEI UMTS products RF experience;

Responsibility:
# Project rollout
  * CW test and Model tuning report
  * Network planning report
  * Engineering Parameter Table
  * Deliver and maintain input and thresholds nominal plan.
  * Produce or check search ring information form (SAIF).
  * Check Engineering Packs (EP).
  * Produce detailed design.
  * Produce or check candidate evaluation form (CEF).
  * Produce or check site build form (SBF).
  * Produce or check site change form (SCF).
  * Check or perform technical site survey (TSS).
  * Control work and form flow

# Network Optimization:
  * Optimization test route, plan and test methodology
  * Optimization test schedule
  * Producing optimization report after clutter optimization & network optimization
  * Producing optimization report after clutter optimization & network optimization
