3G Optimization Engineer, United Kingdom

We are currently looking for an Optimization Engineer with experience of Ericsson 2G/3G and Alcatel 3G vendor equipment.

Key aspects of the role:

• Analysis of performance statistics both counter and drive based for 2G and 3G networks.
• Recommendations for parametric and or hardware configuration changes to Optimise performance.
• Progressing optimisation initiatives and participating in projects to introduce new technology/functionality in to the network with respect to 2G, GPRS and 3G.
• Production of summary reports on radio network performance
