Working in your designated area, you will manage the delivery of high quality installation and repair of home broadband and digital television services ensuring above all that your own team of Field Technicians deliver excellent customer experience. You'll be be directly responsible for line management of your team including setting KPIs, conducting one to ones, development of team activities, as well as delivery of operational performance targets including Lead times, referral rates, assigned job completion, audit, downtime etc etc. You'll also be need to maintain effective relationship management with other functions within the region and the wider UK wide business.

Field Manager, Canada

Position : Field Manager_Canada
Location : Montreal/Toronto (Canadian Citizen Only)

Description:

NSN representative on site for the inspection of Civil Mechanical, Electrical and telecom installation works. Visits sites randomly accordingly to Project Quality Plan requirements. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting BSS site CME and Telecom installation work progress and verifying that the implementation is done according to Customer specifications, NSN standards and guidelines and NSN work processes and Quality and Health & Safety Standards. Ensure that all overall project site quality reaches the objectives and KPI\'s set locally and globally.

NSN provides: Office space, and connectivity.
Supplier/contractor provides: Laptop, Air card, Mobile phone, car, fuel, remote accommodations.

Requirements:

• Related technical background, Technical Diploma preferable.
• Knowledge of NSN tools.
• 5 years Site Engineering experience.
• Bilingual preferred
• (Canadian Citizen Only)
