Field Service Managers / Field Service and Installations Team Leader / Fault Repair and installation Managers. £35,000-40,000k plus excellent bonus + 25 days + contributory pension + more. Birmingham Region.

Working in your designated area, you will manage the delivery of high quality installation and repair of home broadband and digital television services ensuring above all that your own team of Field Technicians deliver excellent customer experience. You'll be be directly responsible for line management of your team including setting KPIs, conducting one to ones, development of team activities, as well as delivery of operational performance targets including Lead times, referral rates, assigned job completion, audit, downtime etc etc. You'll also be need to maintain effective relationship management with other functions within the region and the wider UK wide business.

You MUST have strong hands-on team management experience and demonstrate the ability to work with performance statistics. Experience of managing cultural change and transformation would be interesting.
