Vacancy as Circuiting Engineer
About the role:
- Planning and creation of network configuration data and connectivity to vendors/Operations in agreed timeframes and to agreed standard.
- Quality checks of all data /connectivity and information prepared before issue to the vendor to ensure that network errors are kept to a minimum.
- Ensure that all planning databases and the network are consistent. Update, audit, maintain and create data for the radio, tx and core network.
- Coordinate and manage workload for entire circuiting area.
- Reporting and maintaining network KPIs and SLAs as required.
Your Skills Must Include:
- Previous experience of creating and managing implementation of network circuiting and jumpering data in RAN/ transmission cellular environment.
- Strong background on a 3G network
- Strong background in Circuit planning and configuration.
- Strong practical knowledge of SDH and PDH
- Strong knowledge of Cramer
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Mapinfo, Enterprise, Business Objects and common relational databases.
