3G Radio Optimization Engineer is required.
Requirements:

• UTRAN R99/HSPA
• RAS6.0 (prior releases assumed)
• Nokia 3G tools (NetAct).
• Experience in performing and analysing RNC traces
• Knowledge and understanding of STS counters.
• NOKIA Background on NodeB and RNC nodes.
• Experience in trouble shooting of problematic cells and RNCs.
• Knowledge of Nokia 3G radio features/parameters.
• Experience in using Mapinfo and MCOM 3G.
• Fluency in English
