Location : Gurgaon, India
Experience: 7-9 yrs
Skills Required:
- Advanced Telecom, SS7 & Networking domain skills, VAS Domain/Application specific skills, Backup /Security field.
- Deep engineering troubleshooting skills for application/Interfaces/DBs and process orientated person.
- 3-5 years experience in supporting Telecom VAS software products / applications or in IT field.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all team is familiar with the contracted Service Levels and service obligations for supported accounts.
- Should be able to define Process/Best practices for Tech operations for process/operations improvements.
- Perform incident management analysis, Carry out trend analysis on all incident types to determine areas where efficiencies can be achieved by reducing the number of incidents raised.
- Escalate unresolved issues.
- Ensure accurate and responsive alert monitoring & usage by team.
- Work with managers as required ensuring issues are resolved.
- RCA & possible remedial measures to be identified with in defined period of identifying a problem.
- Provide & review inputs to monthly customer reports.
