1. Senior Core Network

Perform engineering, maintenance, management and professional services of core network, including GPRS, WiMAX, GSM, PS, IMS and WCDMA etc.

• Act as a TD (Technical Director) of core network in Project, complete core network design, deploy plan, assist PM to deliver project successful.
• Act as a supervisor of maintenance service, analyses network and make plans of maintenance service, solve critical problems, communicate with customer to improve mode of maintenance and heighten customer satisfaction.
• Deliver complicated professional service; lead other engineers to deliver management service.
• Senior training for customers; Act as mentor for other engineers to improve skills.
• Sum up cases and guidelines of project delivery, maintenance, professional and management service.

Job Specification :

• Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area, Good written and spoken English.
• At least 4 years of core network engineering and maintenance experience.
• Familiar with/excellent in the fundamentals of GPRS, WiMAX, GSM, and WCDMA systems.
• Familiar with/excellent in at least one of following vendors’ core network equipment operation and network optimization:
  Huawei, ERICSSION, NOKIA, SIEMENS, MOTOROLA, ALCATEL, LUCENT, Nortel or ZTE
• Experience in appointed as a team leader of core network projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management.
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and multi-cultures environment.
• Familiar with world famous operators' working method and culture.
• Frequent business trips will be required.

2. Microwave Engineer
Responsibility for implementing engineering, providing technical supporting, providing and implementing professional service solution, supporting per-sale for major and key project:

• Perform LOS survey, link budget calculation, frequency planning etc.
• Perform software debugging and configuration, adjusting antenna, integrate with related network elements, solve technical problems and complete system acceptance test.
• Provide training to customers, subcontractors or service partners.
• Provide onsite or remote technical support to customer including network performance audit and analysis, troubleshooting skills etc.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area, Good written and spoken English.
• Skilled use of Pathloss 4.0 tools.
• Good team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and multi-cultures environment.
• Frequent business trips will be required.
• The person of who had experience of Huawei and other telecom vendor is priority
